    Description

Please read carefully....This is an amazing bargain. My loss your gain. Whether you are wanting to remodel it tiny home style or take it as is and live full time, this is the perfect motor home to do so. Was owned by very few owners. I've been slowly upgrading the features. Like the Metal Trap Ultra dual filter filtration system ( you could filter pond water through this haha ) one features the one mega slide on the drivers side. Plenty of storage through out. Steel rafters and a solid rubber roof. Comes with a brand new washer/dryer, and all the appliances built in. Perfect for someone wanting to go off grid ( I went off grid upwards of two weeks in it and was fine) Also comes with that portable sewage caddie by Rhino on the back ladder. Tandem axle. New batteries as of 2019. Tires were bought 2017 and barely have 3000 miles on them. Dolphins have had great popularity among RVers due to the quality and attention to detail they had. Here is the link to an original catalog of the motor home ( Their description is better then mine haha) : https://www.rvroundtable.com/wp-content/uploads/National/1997.NationaRVDolphinBrochure.pdfThings that will need TLC. The Motor home will either need towing or immediate repair onsite due to the radiator needing recoring or possibly a new radiator ( what is nice is that with the Chevy vortec engine, it's like working on a truck, easy repair) the radiator for it was priced at only 0. Please keep in mind it will over heat if you decide not to repair it or drive it due to this issue. It will also need leveling jack maintenance, the jacks have been upgraded to the new chipset ( it cost me about 00 dollars for parts and install ). it will still need maintenance as I believe the hydraulic hose ( or maybe a couple hoses will need work or possibly replacing). The generator will need a new idler but other then that it had a recent oil change ( To be honest I wanted to replace it because I am a fan of solar power and just never got around to doing so) Other then those two things the Motor home is ready to go. ( Also one more thing. Nothing major but something to look for. There was some minor leakage from rain water on the sides but nothing new silicone wont stop. There was once a small leak from AC unit 1 in the living room due to a bad gasket and was fixed. Never used the awning but I imagine that it would need replacing due to the age of it. The shrouding from the second ac unit was ripped off during a storm and will need replacing, thankfully the ac unit itself was not affected but for transparency purposes I want you to know about it). I also removed the front living room couch because I was going to replace it. This is not a brand new Motor home but is definitely worth saving. If I could afford to take it with me I would, my loss your gain. All in all this is a great deal. I have been storing it at my parents house ( which they are selling) in Arizona. Arizona will be the pick up location. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for transportation. Please keep in mindit has less then 80k miles on it( there was no options to show that as I don't know the exact milage offhand ). As soon as the auction is done we will arrange time for pickup the motor home will be ready a few days after escrow.com clears or within 5 days of close of sale.
