Judo-Canada’s Christa Deguchi wins women’s under 57kg gold

PARIS : Canadian Christa Deguchi won the gold medal in the women’s under 57kg judo at the Paris Olympics on Monday.
South Korea’s Huh Mi-mi took the silver, while Haruka Funakubo of Japan and France’s Sarah-Leonie Cysique earlier won bronze medals.
